1 By purchasing and/or signing up to any paid and/or free services on Raceching Investments, you accept in full the Terms and Conditions outlined below and agree to follow them at all time.
2 Before you use our services, please ensure you understand  gambling laws for your local area and make sure you are within the law when using these services. 'Raceching Investments' will only provide the service to those who are over the legal age for gambling, and in countries where gambling is permitted. We will not permit minors to use our services.

When you subscribe to any of our membership programs, you will be charged in accordance with the relevant  website offers. After the agreed time period, your card/PayPal account will automatically be charged in accordance with our websites particular offer (“Membership Fee”). You will continue to be charged at intervals of 1 month, yearly, or two weekly (unless otherwise stated), until you cancel the subscription by either informing us by email or contacting PayPal direct.  You only have to contact us by email to cancel our particular service - we are not in the market place of  making fees for nothing so to speak.  Just mail us within reasonable time limits and let us know. It's that simple.

3 All services sold through 'Raceching Investments' are to be used only by the named buyer. Any breach of this rule will constitute a life ban from using the website. No part of any products/services sold by  may be reprinted, reproduced, or utilized in any form or by any electronic, mechanical or other means. Infringement of copyright terms will be prosecuted in a court of law.  Services sold through 'Raceching Investments' are not to be redistributed, resold, lent, traded or otherwise shared with third parties without the prior written consent from ourselves​

4 All fees and suscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE

Here at Raceching Investments, although we don't guarantee profits on horseracing - you can rest assured that we work hard and long in an effort to accomplish the opposite. Plus, our price structure is fair and reasonable in regard to the effort we put in. Any fees and subscriptions that you pay us in regard to joining our service will be totally non - refundable.

5 Dicontinuation of service

We pride ourselves on being able to make you profit - so, have no worries in regard to you staying with us. But, should you decide to leave us - then we wish you well and you will not be subject to any further charges once you leave the service. However, whatever package you sign up for, we expect you to honor the monthly , yearly or two weekly agreement. If for whatever reason you quit before the duration of your particular package expires - the fees you have paid will be deemed as non refundable.

 

6 Disclaimer

'Raceching investments' do not guarantee that you will win on betting. We also strongly advise you to risk only monies that you can afford to lose. We would point out that betting money on horse's is a risky business and that you should gamble wisely with a view to quitting when you start to feel the irresistable urge to chase your losses.  We do not hold any resposibility for your actions on our site - only to tell you to gamble wisely and stay within the limits of your budget. On another level,we do not offer any quick get rich scheme in relation to the services we offer. With us it is hard work and knowledge - we will do our very best to make you profit. We offer you fair conditions to try us and form your own opinion - fees are tailored to a realistic budget, affordable rates and non stringent conditions.
